I am a licensed marriage and family therapist whose goal is to help empower you to have the best relationship you can. I do not want you to stagnate in pain for one more second.

Couples wanted to heal quickly,see the change in their relationship quickly, but 1 hour per week just wasn’t enough to make it happen.

By switching to intensives, the couples I worked with were able to get to the root core of their issues quickly, and see true changes fast.

Once I saw the consistency in that, I made it my mission to keep going with intensives, and keep helping couples in the same way.

While I worked with the traditional style of couples counseling for years, I began running intensives for couples and immediately saw the transformative power they can hold.
